Wrong Side Up

Hey, everyone! Hope you all are having a pleasant morning...mine is going great so far. I rolled out of bed and had breakfast ready in less than five minutes!


(I can't figure out how to flip it right side up - sorry!)

Behold overnight oats, known as "OO" - just oatmeal soaked in yogurt and milk overnight and magically ready the next morning. These were classic Jenna oats - 1/4 cup oats, an Okios Greek yogurt with honey, 1/2 cup soymilk. I added chia seeds, golden raisins, and a handful of dried blueberries. Stirred it all together, mixed in a chopped banana this morning and dusted the whole thing with cinnamon, applesauce, and White Chocolate pb. Mmmmmmm...I could eat this every morning.

Trying to say farewell to cold breakfasts before fall gets here - I can't wait! :)
